From request to paidA business brings us its customer list, its services and its prices. ServicePros Hub turns each request into a proposal the homeowner can accept from their phone, puts the job on the calendar with an optimized route for the crew, and sends an invoice the homeowner can pay by card the same day.
Every morning it also tells the owner who to call first: the quotes most likely to close, the invoices most at risk of going unpaid, customers that haven’t been heard from in a while and those that might be open to additional services. Additionally, the predictive AI built into the app monitors the weather and identifies customers most likely to be impacted by a storm: hail and wind for outdoor companies, freeze warnings for plumbers and HVAC techs, and ice storms for electricians.

Travis started ServicePros Hub because small home-service crews were paying enterprise prices for software built for 50-truck companies, and still chasing quotes and invoices by hand. He owned and operated a small home-service business for four years and saw firsthand the “Goldilocks” effect that so many small operators deal with. The company is too small to justify the cost for enterprise software that costs thousands per year, but too big and busy to run the business from a scratch pad. He set one flat price for up to 10 users and built the app around the work that pays while incorporating many of the newer features that AI has made more affordable.
