Your customers, jobs, invoices and payments are the heart of your business. Here is how ServicePros Hub keeps that data safe.

Encryption

All traffic is encrypted with TLS (HTTPS), and your data is stored on infrastructure that encrypts data at rest. Integration secrets you connect are additionally encrypted at the application layer.

Multi-tenant data isolation

Every request is scoped to the signed-in user's company, and isolation is also enforced in the database with row-level security on every table, so one company's data is never visible to another.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified provider. ServicePros Hub never sees or stores full card numbers.

Authentication and access

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt, optional Face ID or fingerprint sign-in is verified on your device (biometric data never reaches us), and sign-up and login are rate-limited against password-guessing attacks.

Infrastructure and monitoring

The service runs on established cloud infrastructure with automated backups, role-based access controls and ongoing security review.
